Barfleur is a spacious cottage sleeping six adults in comfort. It is situated just off the harbourside and benefits from harbour glimpses from the master bedroom. We have recently purchased Barfleur and have spent considerable time refurbishing the cottage. The bathroom suite is brand new, much of the cottage has had a fresh coat of paint, and the kitchen has been updated and supplied with new kitchen furniture and equipment.

Unlike many holiday cottages in Polperro, Barfleur has a terraced garden equipped with garden furniture, a great place to sit back and relax on those balmy summer evenings. From the upper terrace there are views over the roof tops across the village.

Although Polperro's streets are narrow, it is possible to drive to the cottage steps to unload.

Enclosed entrance porch with plenty of space for leaving shoes, flip-flops, boots, buckets, spades, etc, etc, and equipped with hooks for coats and jackets.

Large lounge with solid fuel fire, colour TV and video. The sofa and chairs provide extremely comfortable seating for six people. You'll find a good selection of adult and children's books and children's videos.

Kitchen/diner with electric hob and oven. Microwave. Fridge. Freezer. Washing machine. CD player. Large table seating six. Electricity by £1 coin meter.

Three Bedrooms (Double/Twin/Twin). Hairdryer supplied. Bed linen, duvets and pillows all supplied. Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe. The main bedroom enjoys harbour glimpses.

Large family bathroom with shower over bath.

Terraced garden with views over the roof tops and across the valley, equipped with garden furniture. There is a flat area  next to the garden table on which to place small portable barbecues (not supplied).
